Mashed Cauliflower Recipe (Keto)

This mashed cauliflower recipe is one of my favorite keto dishes to make when I crave something starchy.

Mashed Cauliflower is a low-carb and keto substitute to mashed potatoes. It’s a velvety cauliflower puree that’s as creamy and rich as its potato counterpart.

This recipe, in particular, is perfect for beginners and those who make it a point to look for simple recipes. First, it only takes a few ingredients. Secondly, it’s pretty fail-proof.

With cream cheese and milk, it’s almost guaranteed to come out creamy and heavenly.
