Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella is one of my favorite easy-to-make keto snacks. They are so effortless to make, yet taste delicious.

Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks are savory, salty goodness very low in carbs.

They are the perfect finger food at a cocktail party.


In particular, they pair so well with red wines, thanks to prosciutto’s meaty saltiness.

Above all, the best part of this perfect keto snack to me is the ingredients. You only need two ingredients for this prosciutto wraps as a base.

But of course, you can elevate this already fancy snack even more by adding basils, olives, and such.

I also love them with a layer of sun-dried tomatoes if a tad of acidity is your thing.

With regards to the mozzarella cheese, stick with full-fat cheese and skip low-fat.
