- 1/3 cup grass-fed butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Swerve
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, beat the grass-fed butter with a hand-mixer until it becomes fluffy and light.
Add the Swerve, vanilla, and salt and beat for an additional minute or two.
